The wood on this Guilford Guitars Crown Natural is exceptional. The flame maple top is AAAAA as is the birdseye neck and fretboard. It is a set neck guitar with an extremely well made, tight, stable neck joint. The neck itself is a very heavy round back. Pretty much feels like the business end of a Louisville Slugger!
