Sales Policy


All prices are in US Dollars. Any transaction or processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Charges

All shipping is free to USA destinations, not including US Territories. Free shipping is for standard shipping delivery. There will be a cost to the buyer for expedited shipping depending on actual charges from carrier.

Hard Shell Cases

All new guitars at USA Guitars come with cases. Used guitars may or may not, depending on how they were received at USA Guitars. USA Guitars uses heavy duty shipping boxes and packing materials. We pride ourselves in saying USA Guitars has never had a guitar broken in shipping.


The guitar should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If there are any damages they should be reported to USA Gutars immediately. All guitars leave USA Guitars in good condition, including detailed descriptions of any damage or blemishes already in existence. Upon reporting of damage, USA Guitars will immediately notify the courier and the customer will need to make the guitar AND PACKAGING available to the courier for inspection.

Return Policy

It is the policy that no USA Guitars customer should feel stuck with a guitar that is not what they expected or not what they like. This is why we ship for free. If the customer does not like the guitar all he/she has to do is get it back to us. USA Guitars will ship it to you for free but you have to pay to ship it back in good working condition.

All sales of new guitars (including blems and seconds but not used guitars) are given a 10 day no questions asked trial period. A guitar may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the customer is not completely satisfied for any reason. We will refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping when applicable, immediately upon receipt of the returned item in as good of shape as it was shipped. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES TO GET IT BACK TO USA GUITARS. Any damage will be the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to determine if damage happened during shipping and will help the customer by allowing carrier inspection of any damaged items. In cases where our products are received damaged or malfunctioning, we may choose to work with the customer to have the guitar repaired locally so as to not spend undue time and money on shipping. We will require a detailed description of the problem and if applicable a picture of the fault..


All new guitars carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Shipping is not included and many times we may ask that the guitar be taken to a local guitar shop for repair depending on the nature of the problem. Warranty does not include repairs needed due to misuse or abuse. We will work as a liaison between manufacturer and customer when necessary to ensure all legitimate problems are dealt with properly. We can make no guarantee as to the outcome of the resolution as we cannot make promises for our manufacturers. Note that customer service is a high priority at USA Guitars. We will always try to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability.

Blems, Seconds and Used instruments

All blems, seconds, and used products are sold as is. Exceptions may be made if it is discovered that we misrepresented the condition of the instrument. USA Guitars’ standard return policy above covers blems and seconds but not used guitars.
